Your package is on its way. It is moving through the UPS network and may pass through multiple sorting facilities.

Your package has been successfully delivered to the destination address.

Common UPS Tracking Problems
Having trouble with your UPS tracking? Here are the most common issues and how to resolve them.
Tracking number not found
UPS tracking numbers starting with 1Z may take up to 24 hours to enter the system. Verify the tracking number was typed correctly, including the 1Z prefix.
Package shows 'Out for Delivery' all day
UPS drivers follow optimized routes, and your package may be delivered anytime until end of day (typically by 7:00 PM). Check UPS My Choice for a more specific delivery window.
'Address correction needed'
UPS detected an issue with the delivery address. The shipper may need to provide a corrected address. Additional address correction fees may apply.
Multiple delivery attempts failed
After 3 failed delivery attempts, the package will be held at the nearest UPS Access Point or returned to sender. Use UPS My Choice to schedule a specific delivery time.
UPS International Shipping & Customs
UPS provides full customs brokerage for international shipments. A commercial invoice is required for non-document shipments. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply. UPS Paperless Invoice reduces customs processing time.

UPS restricts shipments of hazardous materials (requires proper packaging and documentation), firearms, perishable items, live animals, and items exceeding 150 lbs or 165 inches in combined length and girth for domestic shipments.
