JCEX Tracking Statuses Explained

When you track a JCEX package, you will see one of the following delivery statuses. Each status indicates a different stage in the shipping process.

Info Received

The shipping label has been created and JCEX has received the shipment information. The package has not yet been picked up.

In Transit

Your package is on its way. It is moving through the JCEX network and may pass through multiple sorting facilities.

Out for Delivery

Your package has arrived at the local delivery facility and is on the delivery vehicle. It will be delivered today.

Delivered

Your package has been successfully delivered to the destination address.

Exception

An unexpected issue has occurred during delivery. This could include a failed attempt, customs hold, or incorrect address.

Expired

Tracking information is no longer available. This typically happens after 30 to 120 days.

Common JCEX Tracking Problems

Having trouble with your JCEX tracking? Here are the most common issues and how to resolve them.

Invalid number

Wrong carrier selected, order number entered, missing characters or tracking record not created yet.

No tracking updates

Electronic label exists but the parcel has not been physically scanned or the carrier has not transmitted events.

Stuck in transit

Consolidation, missed scan, line-haul waiting time, customs processing or partner data gap.

Shipping partner handoff

The parcel may be moving through a partner before JCEX or the destination carrier receives a physical scan.

Customs hold

Import or export authority may need documents, inspection, duty payment or item eligibility review.

Delivery failed

Address issue, access issue, recipient unavailable, unpaid taxes or local delivery restriction.

Delivered but not received

Delivered to mailbox, locker, reception, neighbor, alternate location, or misdelivered by last-mile carrier.

Lost or damaged

Shipment may be missing, damaged in transit, missing contents or delayed beyond seller expectations.

JCEX International Shipping & Customs

JCEX commonly participates in cross-border logistics, so tracking may include export preparation, customs events, line-haul movement and destination-carrier delivery. “Arrived in destination country” does not mean customs is complete, and “handover” does not mean the next carrier has made a delivery attempt.

About JCEX
